Our chakra system is a variation on both the Hindu and the Kheprian systems, combined with inspiration from ancient Frankish terms. For more information on those systems see Narradas's writings on chakras.

The chakras are energy points in the body that act as nexus points for the various energy lines (meridians) that make up our subtle body. The major chakras are nexus points for many energy lines, whereas the minor chakras are nexus points for much fewer, and sometimes as little as two intersecting lines.

Members of House Quinotaur are fairly evenly divided in identifying with the 7 chakra Hindu system and the 4/5 chakra Kheprian system. As such, we acknowledge both systems, with our own slant on them.

Minor Chakras:

There are numerous minor chakras. Two of the most important are the ones located in each palm. These can aid in sensing energy and in feeding from people, both by touch and by close proximity.
